Saketh Myneni and Prakash Amritraj reached the men’s singles semifinals of the $15,000 ITF men’s Futures tennis tournament, here on Thursday.

Fourth seed Myneni accounted for fifth seed and national champion Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan 7-6(5), 6-2 in one hour 26 minutes while Amritraj upset third seed Liang-Chi Huang of Taipei 7-6(4), 6-1 in one hour and 18 minutes in the quarterfinals.

The results (quarterfinals): Saketh Myneni bt Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan 7-6(5), 6-2; Nicolas Reissig (Aut) bt N. Sriram Balaji 6-4, 2-6, 6-4; Christopher Rungkat bt Mate Pavic 6-2, 6-1; Prakash Amritraj bt Liang-Chi Huang 7-6(4), 6-1.

Doubles (semifinals): Saketh Myneni / Purav Raja bt V.M. Ranjeeth / Vijay Sundar Prashant 6-4, 7-6(5).
