Prinkle Singh will attempt to assert her domination yet again in the HSBC Road to Wimbledon National series under-14 tennis championship to be played at the DLTA Complex here from Monday.
Second seed Prinkle had won a double crown in the first two tournaments of the circuit on grass in Kolkata and Chandigarh.
Himanshu Mor and Mahak Jain have been seeded No.1 in the boys and girls sections respectively. With 16 players making it to the Masters event scheduled to be played in April, the race will hot up over this fortnight in Delhi followed by Mumbai.
The finalists of the Masters event, two boys and two girls, along with coaches, will get to compete on the grass courts of Wimbledon in August, in the UK national championship.
Siddhant Banthia and Adil Kalyanpur had swept the boys titles in the first venture last year in Wimbledon, and have given a lot of hope for a fresh crop of youngsters, who have thronged these events this season.
Last year, there were only two qualifying events followed by the Masters, when Wimbledon opened the event for India. All the three tournaments were played on hard courts then. This season, the Road to Wimbledon project added two events on grass to make it a lot more lively and fitting.
