Top seeds Leander Paes and Purav Raja bounced back from 4-1 down to beat lucky losers Alexander Brown and Ezekiel Clark of the United States 6-4, 6-1 in the pre-quarterfinals of the $75,000 Challenger tennis tournament.

In the $125,000 WTA Taipei Open, Prarthana Thombare and Luksika Kumkhum of Thailand were beaten 6-2, 4-6, [10-8] by Monique Adamczak and Naomi Broady in the super tie-break in the quarterfinals.
