Nadal tops ATP rankings

Rafael Nadal retained the men’s tennis world rankings lead in an unchanged top 10 issued on Monday by the ATP.

Spain’s Nadal, who went out in the Queens’ quarterfinals last week after his French Open title the previous Sunday, tops the bill with 8,745 points.

Swiss rival Roger Federer, a surprise loser to Lleyton Hewitt in the Halle final on Sunday, is second on 8,525 points, and Serb Novak Djokovic third on 6,545 points.
