Rafael Nadal leads the men’s tennis ATP rankings into the US Open due to start later on Monday, the only Grand Slam tournament the Spaniard is yet to win.
Nadal tops an unchanged top 10 in the list issued on Monday with 10,745 points.
Swiss rival Roger Federer is second on 7,215 points and Serb Novak Djokovic third on 6,665 points.
Juan Martin del Potro of Argentina is 10th but will plunge in the rankings as he is yet to return from a wrist injury and will lose all points from his 2009 US Open title.
