Kannamwar for Wimbledon final

India's Nitin Kannamwar will stand as a linesman in the women's final at Wimbledon on Saturday.

It will be the fifth women's singles final for the Mumbaikar who has also officiated in three men's singles finals at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

Abhishek Mukherjee, Sagar Kashyap, Saika Roy and Shreeram Gokhale were the other Indian umpires who officiated in main draw matches at this year's Wimbledon.

Leena Nageshkar, Saibal Bannerjee, Somnath Manna and Kaushik Das did duty at the qualifying event.
