Djokovic tops ATP rankings

Novak Djokovic takes over from Rafael Nadal at the top of the men’s ATP tennis rankings released on Monday after beating the Spaniard on Sunday to win the Wimbledon title.

It is the first time since February 2004 that neither Nadal nor Roger Federer have held the number one spot.
