Seeded 13, India’s Devanshi G. Bhimjiyani dropped a set before ensuring a win over fourth seed Yi-Chi Ma of Taipei on Wednesday to enter the quarterfinals of the girls singles event in the Indian Oil Servo ITF junior tennis tournament being held here.
