Rohan Bopanna rallied to beat Ireland’s Louk Sorensen 4-6, 7-6(2), 6-3 in the third and final qualifying round and booked a berth in the main draw of the ATP Challenger tournament in Aachen, Germany.

Bopanna will take on Simon Stadler in the first round.

Bopanna and his Pakistan partner Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi are seeded second in the doubles event and will start their campaign against Croatia’s Nikola Mektic and Ivan Zovko.
