Rajasekar’s effort goes in vain

C.B. Rajasekar’s six for 35 went in vain as St. Patrick’s ‘A’ lost to PSBB ‘A’ (K.K. Nagar) by 50 runs in a quarterfinal league match of the TNCA Coca Cola under-16 cricket tournament, for the C. Ramaswamy Trophy, here on Tuesday.

The scores: PSBB ‘A’ (K.K. Nagar) 183 in 43 overs (Varun Madhav Naraayan Totadri 58, V. Shivneshwar 44, C.B. Rajasekar six for 35) bt St. Patrick’s ‘A’ 133 in 41.1 overs (M. Vasisht 51, V. Sai Prakash three for 19).
