What the professionals say

February 27, 2015 07:06 pm | Updated 07:06 pm IST - MUMBAI

Professionals voice their opinions on the Sprinters’ Cup and the Stayers’ Cup:

S.A. Shehzad Abbas: In the Sprinters’ Cup, Dancing Prances will face a stiff challenge from Un Un Un, who is a very good horse; in the Stayers’ Cup, Tiger Tops will be hard to beat but my Right Dimension will be right there.

S.S. Attaollahi: Speed Six for the Sprinters’ and Tiger Tops for the Stayers’.

L.V.R. Deshmukh: I like Speed Six in the Sprinters’ Cup; it should be a straight fight between Wind Stream and my ward Tintinnabulation in the Stayers’ Cup.

Adhiraj Singh Jodha: Western India runners will probably win three of the four feature races, including Dancing Prances in the Sprinters’ Cup. Hyderabad’s Tintinnabulation in the Stayers Cup could be the exception.

Narendra Lagad: Dancing Prances has done nothing wrong and has his favourite rider up; in the Stayers’ Cup there is nothing to beat Tiger Tops.

Mallesh Narredu: In the Sprinters’ Cup, Dancing Prances has the edge in an open race; in the Stayers’ Cup, it’s Tiger Tops. — Anil Mukhi
