Showin Off and Augustus caught the eye when the horses were exercised here on Monday morning.

Inner sand

600m: Bunga Bunga (Neeraj), Bella Figura (rb) 39. Former ended three lengths in front.

800m: Captain Smart (C.S.Jodha), Albuurz (Chandrakant) 56, 600/41. Pair level. Skywalk (Neeraj) 1400/600m 51. Moved well. Anahi (T.S.Jodha) 50, 600/37. Moved attractively.

1,000m: Tahrir (Shelar), Taal Ammi (Nilesh) 1-7, 600/41. Former started three lengths behind and finished six lengths ahead.

1,200m: Zambezi (rb) 1400/200m 1-23. Moved freely. Trance (Dashrath), Hay Day (Neeraj) 1-25, 600/41. Former superior. Kerrisdale (Dashrath), Scaramouche (Neeraj) 1-25, 1,000/1-9, 600/39.5. Former was four lengths better.

1,600m: Sumo (C.S.Jodha), Que Sera Sera (Chandrakant) 1-54, 600/40.5. Former better.

1,800m: Showin Off (Trevor) 2-2, 1,600/1-47.5, 1,000/1-6.5, 600/39.5. Moved impressively.

600m: Hail The King (Pradeep) 39. Moved freely. Francois (rb), Bayblues (Pardeshi) 39. They moved level freely.

1,000m: Augustus (V.Jodha), My Freedom (Daniel Grant) 1-2, 600/35. Former was well in hand while the latter was urged to end level. Rio (Daniel Grant), Kaskazi (Pasha) 1-5, 600/35. Mock race (Race track) — Jan. 6

1,200m: Southern Sky (B.Sreekanth), Starry Eyes (Rupesh), Presidential (Daniel Grant), Prince Academy (Abhishek), Loveofmylife (Suraj Narredu), Star Storm (Mosin) and Way Out (Merchant) 1-13, 600/36. Sh, 3, 4. Southern Sky was ridden out and beat Starry Eyes on the post. Starry Eyes who is in good heart was racing last till the turn easily covered good ground on the rails and finished second.

Second mock race

1,200m: Sariska (Kharadi), Money Strike (Zameer) 1-13, 600/37.5. Former finished a distance ahead.

Third mock race

2,000m: An Acquired Taste (Sandesh), Angels Crown (S.N.Chavan) 2-5, 600/35. Former won by a distance.
