Onassis and Alma Mater caught the eye when the horses were exercised here on Sunday (Oct. 7).

Sand track

800m: Edwina (rb), Free Verse (Sandesh) 56.5, 600/41.5. They were level. Gatravat (I.Shaikh), Twittillator (Chowghule) 53.5, 600/38.5. Former finished four lengths ahead. 2/y/o War Horse (Kamlesh), Queen Of Venus (Merchant) 56, 600/41. They finished level freely. Rancho (Zervan), Songlark (Trevor) 52, 600/39.5. Both moved level freely. Amadeus (Kharadi) 52, 600/39.5. Moved well. Portia (Zervan) 53.5, 600/40.5. Moved freely.

1,000m: Menage A Trois (Shammi), Adams Prince (C.S.Jodha) 1-11, 600/44. Former finished six lengths ahead. A chestnut gelding (Steinbeck/Only Royale) (Pasha), Aigaion (R.K.Mahesh) 1-11, 600/41. Former is a 2/y/o and ended four lengths in front. Hemisphere (Pasha), Colossus (Trevor) 1-7, 600/39. Former was one length superior.

1,400m: Sumo (Shammi), Come Alive (C.S.Jodha) 1-41, 800/56, 600/41.5. Former was pushed and finished well clear. Onassis (B.Prakash), Sorrento (Trevor) 1-36.5, 800/52, 600/39. Former moved well and finished a distance ahead.

1,600m: Alma Mater (Kharadi), Macchupicchu (Zervan) 1-51, 1,400/1-36, 1,200/1-21.5, 1,000/1-7, 800/54, 600/41. Former strode out well and finished two lengths ahead.
