Pankaj Advani now an honorary member of the MCC

Pankaj Advani was conferred an honorary membership of the Madras Cricket Club at a function here on Saturday.

Advani joins the likes of Rahul Dravid and V.V.S. Laxman,  Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar, M.S. Dhoni, Viswanathan Anand, Leander Paes and Vijay Amritraj as honorary members of the club.

Listing out Advani’s achievements, MCC president Ajit Kumbhat said it was the club that was honoured by the addition.
