Ace Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal upped the ante for herself in time for the Olympics as she lifted the Thailand Open Grand Prix Gold title after a rallying game with her second-seeded Thailand rival Ratchanok Inthanon, in the final of the event in Bangkok on Sunday.
