RCME honour for Shrikrishna

Prominent Chennai-based cueist S. Shrikrishna was presented the ‘young achiever’ award by the Rotary Club of Madras East (RCME) and the Murugavel Selvan Foundation here on Wednesday.

Ravi Viswanathan, President-Growth Markets, TCS, was the chief guest. Also present were Ananth Kittappa, President-RCME, and Murugavel Selvan, managing trustee, Murugavel Selvan Foundation.

Ananth said the club took pride in bestowing the honour on Shrikrishna. “This award, initiated in 2011, is given annually to promising youngsters from various fields. It will serve as an appreciation and motivation to the youngsters, and this year, we take extreme pride in presenting it to the talented Shrikrishna,” he said.
