Omkar Singhmisses final by two points

Omkar Singh shot 559 (94, 94, 89, 94, 94, 94) in free pistol and missed the final by two points in the shooting World Cup in Munich on Sunday.

In the same event, Om Prakash was below par and finished 58th with a score of 544.

In the women's 25-metre sports pistol event, Anisa Sayyed finished 47th with a total of 571.

While she would wait for the Asian Championship in Doha next year for the last chance of qualification for the London Games, gold medallist Maria Grozdeva of Bulgaria and the fourth-placed Zsofia Csonka of Hungary confirmed their Olympic quota.
