Karnataka beat Tamil Nadu 14-5 in the best-of-nineteen contest to defend its title in the CuSP–TNBSA Tamil Nadu-Karnataka cue sports team championship, here on Friday.

The results:

Men: 15 Red snooker doubles (double frame-carry forward): I.H. Manudev & R. Santhosh (Kar) bt G. Prabhu & Vijay Nichani (TN); Billiards 1hr format: Pankaj Advani (Kar) bt B. Jagadesh (TN) 560-214.
