The fifth edition of the Bangalore International Midnight Marathon (BIMM), the city's only public full-marathon, will begin on the night of December 10 at the EPIP area in Whitefield here.

The event will comprise seven races, including a half-marathon and a 10km run. Organizer Rotary Bangalore IT Corridor (RBITC) expects close to 300 entries for the full marathon (42.195km) and 10,000 in all. Total prize money of approximately Rs. 5 lakh is on offer, though the event is conducted for charity.
