Indian spikers lose to South Korea

India lost to South Korea 0-3 in a Group B tie of the men’s volleyball event at the Asian Games here on Monday.

India, who beat higher-ranked Kazakhstan on Sunday, could not produce the winning touch and surrendered 19-25, 20-25, 19-25 to world No. 19 South Korea.

The 38th-ranked Indians take on Vietnam in the next group match on Tuesday.
