The Indian junior national volleyball team lost to the Tunisian senior team 19-25, 14-25, 19-25 in the semifinals of an international invitational tournament in Tunis on Friday.
In the league phase, the Indian juniors won two of their three matches — defeating Tunisia youth and Iran juniors before losing to Tunisia juniors — to qualify for the semifinals. Tunisia has fielded three teams in the tournament — Tunisia youth, Tunisia juniors and Tunisia seniors.
