China, a bronze medallist at the last junior world championship, brushed aside India 25-9, 25-7, 25-8 in 54 minutes and topped Pool B with an all-win record in the 16th Asian junior girls’ volleyball championship at Nakhon Pathom, Thailand, on Wednesday.
However India, which finished second in the group, also entered the last eight along with China.
India will now meet Chinese Taipei, the Pool D topper, on Saturday.
