India snatched four gold, two silver and as many bronze medals on the penultimate day of the second Asian Grand Prix archery meet at Bangkok on Thursday.
National champions in the recurve section, Rahul Banerjee and Deepika Kumari won gold medals. World junior champion in 2006 Palton Hansda took the men's compound gold medal in individual sections and India also won the mixed recurve team gold.
The silver medal came India's way in the mixed compound team event and the two bronze medals were won by Ritul Chatterjee (compound men) and Gagandeep Bawa (compound women).

Recurve, men: Rahul Banerjee bt Nader Ghadam Manoochehlrimo (Iran) 106-102. Women: Deepika Kumari bt Hee-jung Kim (Korea) 106-104. Mixed team: India bt Chinese Taipei 148 (18, 19, 19) – 148 (18,19,18).
Compound, men: Palton Hansda bt C. Srither 115 (10, 9, 9)-115 (10, 9, 8); Ritul Chatterjee lost to Ye Min Swe (Myanmar) 113-115 (for bronze medal). Women: Gagandeep Bawa lost to Narisara Tinbua (Thailand) 113 (9)-113 (10) (for bronze medal). Mixed team: India lost to Myanmar 145-147.
