Maharashtra, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan have made it to the quarterfinals of the 57th National School Games (under-17) kabaddi championship.

In girls' section, Maharashtra drubbed Delhi 57-9, while Haryana also dominated proceedings against Goa to record a 59-9 win. Punjab beat Chhattisgarh 20-7 and Rajasthan defeated Uttarakhand 46-18.

The results: Boys: Group A: HP bt Puducherry 35-11; Group B: Punjab bt Bihar 39-11; Group C: Chandigarh bt Goa 41-32; Group D: Chhattisgarh bt Maharashtra 14-7; Group E: Uttarakhand bt J&K 32-24; Group F: Gujarat bt Vidya Bharati 25-9. Girls: Group A: AP bt NVS 39-25; Group B: Delhi bt TN 21-17; Group C: Odisha bt Goa 42-12; Group D: Bihar bt Chhattisgarh 17-9; Bihar bt MP 18-15; Group E: Chandigarh bt J&K 36-32; Karnataka bt Chandigarh 48-9; UP bt Chandigarh 30-14; Group F: Gujarat bt Vidya Bharati 29-17; NVS bt Vidya Bharati 36-35.
