Archana Kamath claimed a remarkable double crown at the 79th National Junior and Youth National table tennis championships on Tuesday.

The 17-year-old from Bengaluru, who represents Petroleum Sports Promotion Board (PSPB), won both the Junior (U-18) and Youth (U-21) girls’ titles.

The results (finals): Junior: Archana Kamath (PSPB) bt Surbhi Patwari (WB) 12-10, 11-7, 11-5, 8-11, 8-11, 7-11, 11-6; Youth: Archana Kamath (PSPB) bt Moumita Dutta (WB) 11-4, 9-11, 11-9, 11-4, 11-4.
