Kynan Chenai shot 73 out of 75 to be placed fourth with the third best score at the half way stage of men’s trap in the shooting World Cup in Beijing on Thursday.

The results: Men : 10m air rifle : 1. Nazar Louginets (Rus) 209.3 (632.7); 2. Yang Haoran (Chn) 209.1 (FWRJ) 629.0; 3. Peter Sidi (Hun) 187.0 (628.4); 20. Abhinav Bindra 620.6.

Women : 10m air rifle : 1. Yi Siling (Chn) 211.0 (FWR) 418.2; 2. Du Bei (Chn) 207.9 (416.4); 3. Zhang Bin Bin (Chn) 186.9 420.4; 38. Suma Shirur 406.1.

Trap : 1. Satu Makela-Nummela (Fin) 13 (14) 72; 2. Zhu Jingyu (Chn) 12 (13) 72; 3. Chae Hy Gyong (PRK) 13 (11) 71; 4. Zuzana Stefeckova (Svk) 13. (10) 71; 25. Shreyasi Singh 62.
