Brijesh Damani and Balaji Reddy — two Indians — will replace the two Qatari players who pulled out of the IBSF World snooker championship that gets underway at the KSBA from November 28.
Bahrain, the original host of the IBSF event (men, women and Masters) and then China withdrew from hosting the championship. Pankaj Advani is the only former champion in fray in this edition of the championship and will easily be India's best bet for the $16,000 prize money event. The championship will be formally inaugurated by Pascal Guillaume, President of the IBSF, at 7 p.m. on Sunday.
