KABADDI: With an aim to defend their gold medal, Indian women’s team produced a clinical performance to outwit host South Korea 45-26 (HT: 27-10) and enter the semifinals.

The Indians secured six points by packing off the entire Korean team thrice in the match, including twice in the opening half.

SEPAK TAKRAW: The Indian teams lost all their matches in the preliminary regu stage on Tuesday. WRESTLING: After a fine performance in the freestyle category, the Greco-Roman grapplers did not have the kind of start they would have liked as all three wrestlers fighting on the day failed to finish on the podium.
