A lucky few will get to zip around with Lewis Hamilton when the British Formula 1 driver lands in the city for a promotional event on September 17.
Organised by Vodafone-Essar Limited for its pre-paid and post-paid consumers, the ‘Hot Laps with Lewis Hamilton' competition — an sms-based quiz event — will enable its winners to share an SL 63 AMG Mercedes ride with the world's youngest Formula 1 champion.
The SMS quiz will comprise five Formula One-based objective questions. Participants from the Chennai and Tamil Nadu circle will also have to complete a slogan via text message. Participation can be initiated by sending a toll-free sms “LEWIS” to 56565 between September 2 and 13 (inclusive of both days).
A winner each will be selected from Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bangalore and Chennai. Aside from going for a spin with the 25-year-old superstar, winners will also get Vodafone McLaren-Mercedes merchandise.
