World champion Sebastian Vettel and team-mate Mark Webber unveiled the Red Bull car for the 2011 Formula One season Tuesday in a low-key ceremony.

Vettel and Webber took a blue cover off the RB7 model in the pit lane of the Valencia track before the start of pre-season testing.

The German Vettel became the youngest F1 champion last year at age 23 when he stole the title from Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso in the last race. Australia’s Webber came third on the championship and Red Bull also won the constructors’ title.

Red Bull’s sister team Toro Rosso and Mercedes with record champion Michael Schumacher were also set to present their 2011 model Tuesday in Valencia.

Ferrari were the first to show off their new car last Friday at home Italy. Title contenders McLaren and their former world champions Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton will unveil the 2011 model Friday in Berlin.

The first round of testing was due to start later Tuesday ahead of the 20-race season from March 13 in Bahrain onwards.
