Rani to lead

Rani will lead the Indian women's team on its tour of Spain, Hockey India announced on Friday. Rani returns after being rested for the Asian Champions Trophy, as does Sushila Chanu.

India will play five matches against the Spanish national team, starting from June 12, as preparation for the women's World Cup, to be held in London in July.

The team: Goalkeepers: Savita, Swati; Defenders: Sunita Lakra, Deep Grace Ekka, Suman Devi Thoudam, Deepika, Gurjit Kaur, Sushila Chanu Pukhrambam; Midfielders: Namita Toppo, Lilima Minz, Monika, Neha Goyal, Navjot Kaur, Nikki Pradhan; Forwards: Rani (capt.), Vandana Katariya, Navneet Kaur, Lalremsiami, Udita, and Anupa Barla .
