Indian opener Gautam Gambhir unveiled the Mantri Karnataka Premier League Trophy in a function at the Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Saturday afternoon.
The title sponsor Mantri Developers’ Chairman, Sushil Mantri, expressed the hope that the KPL will attain the same growth as the Indian Premier League.
The trophy built on an aluminium base features the Karnataka map besides logos of the eight zonal teams and Mantri Developers. The KPL will commence here on September 9.
