Former Tamil Nadu State and Integral Coach Factor football player P.V. Sriramulu (78) passed away after a rail accident last Sunday. Sriramulu, who was suffering from dementia, is survived by wife, son and daughter.
A forward, Sriramulu played for Indian XI against the visiting Russian team in Chennai in 1968. He played for WIMCO, a senior division team, for three years before turning up for ICF from 1965 to ’74.
