Spanish striker Fernando Torres has moved from Chelsea to AC Milan on a two-year loan deal, the Serie A club said on Friday.

Torres, 30, is said to have accepted a reduction of his pay from €7 million ($9.2 million) to €3 million. He began his career with Atletico Madrid, moving to Liverpool in 2007, and to Chelsea in 2011.

With his national squad, he won the 2010 World Cup and the European title in 2008 and 2012.
