Zaheer, Sehwag get India ‘A’ call

Left-arm seamer Zaheer Khan, Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir have been given India ‘A’ opportunities in two four-day games against the West Indies ‘A’ to be played at Shimoga from October 2 to 5 and at Hubli from October 9 to 12.

They do not figure in the first four-day game to be played at Mysore from September 25 to 28.

Yuvraj Singh has been named the captain of India ‘A’ for the limited-over games against the West Indies ‘A’ to be played at Bangalore on from September 15 to 19.

The BCCI also announced the India Red and Blue teams for the NKP Salve Challenger series to be played at Indore from September 26 to 29.
