Waqar, Murali to train Bengal cricketers

The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) accepted Sourav Ganguly’s proposal to appoint Pakistan pacer Waqar Younis and Sri Lankan spin ace Muthiah Muralitharan as the bowling consultants for Bengal cricketers in the next three seasons.

At a working committee meeting here on Monday, Ganguly gave a presentation of his vision of future of Bengal cricket. The two former greats will arrive here on Friday and conduct a four-day camp.
