Asked to bat on Wednesday, TSC lost its way after being on 52 for no loss at one stage. AG’s Office, in reply, ended the day on 21 for no loss.

Electing to bowl, Alwarpet reduced UFCC (T. Nagar) to 213 for eight. Left-arm spinner D.T. Chandrasekhar, who picked up five wickets on debut last week, scalped three batsmen.
