A fresh and relaxed Suresh Raina joined the Chennai Super Kings training session on the last day of its camp at MAC ‘B’ here on Sunday.
“The way we fought back in the one-day series against England was great. It was very satisfying,” said Raina, who excelled with the bat in the ODI series which India won 3-1.
Asked about the upcoming CL T20 competition, Raina said, “We, at the Chennai Super Kings, enjoy our cricket together and that’s what we are looking to do in the tournament. We are confident of doing well.”
A brilliant fielder, Raina said he was working on his off-spin which has proved more than useful for CSK. Coach Stephen Fleming had said, “Raina has a golden arm.”
