Rahul Dravid released a book Sachin — Born To Bat, written by Khalid A-H Ansari and edited by Clayton Murzello (Sports Editor, Mid-Day), at the Cricket Club of India (CCI) here on Thursday.
“The first book I read was Sunny Days and I must have read it 25 times and I was inspired. This is what Sachin — Born To Bat can do. He was not only born to bat well, but born to play cricket.
“He’s blessed to be playing cricket in the television era. Cricket is played in the villages and every nook and corner of the country.
“What he has done is, inspired a generation of cricketers to play fearless cricket.
“They have all been inspired watching Sachin on television. I am privileged to have shared the dressing room with him for many years,” he said.

Well said Rahul Dravid, Sachin is the player who has born to play
cricket. When he is batting it makes batting is so easy and I love
seeing his batting in TV without in all the formats. When I was
young, I used hear radio commentary and was a big fan of G.R.V.
and Sunil Gavaskar. When TV started telecasting live matches,
we are fortunate to see Sachin batting. All the best for Sachin
for entertaining us.Continue playing cricket until you are enjoying
the game and entertain us.
All the greats in Indian cricket are talking about Sachin's greatness and how they enjoyed playing with him. They should all reserve their narrations to the date when sachin retires. Now with thegreat master failing again and again.these comments are only mockery on the talents of the great.
The gentleman and the little master make a terrific / unbeatable
combination. I bow down to them both for being joy-givers
extraordinaire!
