Ten Sports to telecast India-Sri Lanka series live

Broadcaster Ten Sports will telecast live the three-match Test series between India and Sri Lanka commencing in Galle from July 18.

After Galle, where the Sri Lankan spin wizard Muttiah Muralitharan is to play his last Test match, the Sinhalese Sports Club, Colombo will host the second match from July 26.

The third match will be played at the P. Sara Oval, also in Colombo, from August 3.

“The matches will be telecast LIVE and Exclusive on Ten Sports ,” a release said on Tuesday.

“Ten Sports is committed to bring the best of international cricket to its viewers. We will bring to the viewers some extravagant cricketing action during the series,” said Atul Pande, CEO of Ten Sports .

“The matches in the series will also be tied with in-depth pre and post match analysis from experts in the cricketing space,” he added.

It will be the third Test series between the two nations in as many years. Sri Lanka won 2-1 at home in 2008, while India claimed the return series 2-0 last year to become the No. 1 Test side in the world side.
