Sri Lanka's Lahiru Thirimanne is bowled by Ashwin on day 1 of the second Test against India in Nagpur on Friday.

India were 11 for one in their first innings in reply to Sri Lanka’s 205 all out at stumps on the opening day of the second cricket Test, here on Friday.

Sri Lanka in 1st innings scored 205 in 79.1 overs. Dinesh Chandimal resisted with 57 but the spinners didn't allow big partnerships to develop as Ashwin and Jadeja struck regularly.

Sri Lanka fielded an unchanged eleven that played in the drawn first Test in Kolkata while India made three changes.

Mohammed Shami has a niggle in his left hip and he has been left out. Ishant Sharma has been named in his place.

Rohit Sharma came in place of just-married Bhuvneshwar Kumar as India play with four bowlers. Murali Vijay replaced Shikhar Dhawan at the top of the order.
