Pune Warriors India suspended Mohnish Mishra stating “we appreciate the stand taken by the BCCI and welcome the step of suspending Mohnish Mishra.
Mohnish accepted that the statements made by him on camera were made casually to develop his value or may be he wanted to be pompous in front of others during the course of discussion and that he has not received any amount in cash from Sahara.
“He has apologised for his frivolous and incorrect statements.
“We strongly condemn his irresponsible conduct and are suspending him with immediate effect till further investigation happens.
“He will not take any further part in the IPL,'' said Sushanto Roy.

BCCI should be resposible for this mess.They should have put the uncapped players in auction. They would have got the better price according to the reputation. Players like Manish Pandey deserve more. When BCCI taking uncapped players from foriegn countries in auctions and they are getting better price than our promising players the local plyers feel let down from our own cricket board, thst is the reason this mess. In future all the players should be auctioned. Players like Saurab Tiwari getting such huge amount. He does not deserve that price. What has he done in the IPL matches he played ?
