Here’s some good news for all Sachin Tendulkar fans. If you wish to attend a private coaching camp and share lunch with the batting maestro it is now just a few clicks away.

Online marketplace eBay India has started a charity auction, which offers the opportunity for interested people.

The original script of the film Jab We Met autographed by its director Imtiaz Ali and original movie memorabilia from the scenes of Love Aaj Kal with Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone, are also on auction.

The bidding for these auctions start at Rs 1,001.

As part of the private coaching camp, Tendulkar would train the highest bidder on batting technique and also provide inputs on fitness, among others, eBay said in a statement.

There would also be a lunch and a photo opportunity with Tendulkar. The auction proceeds go to NGO Apnalaya, which helps slum children.

The Love Aaj Kal memorabilia includes Saif’s N 95 mobile phone and Deepika’s easel and handbag, among others.

The money raised from this auction and that of Imtiaz Ali autographed Jab We Met script would go to IIMPACT, an NGO working for underprivileged girl children.

“All the money is going to a good cause, and I will reciprocate by offering some serious cricketing tips, besides suitable photo opportunities and I will end the camp with lunch together with the participants,” Tendulkar said in the statement.

The auctions, part of ‘Joy of Giving Week’ movement started by NGO Give India, would close on October 5.
