Kolkata Knight Riders captain Gautam Gambhir won the toss and elected to field against Pune Warriors in their Indian Premier League match at D Y Patil Stadium here on Thursday.
Kolkata opted for three changes bringing in Ryan ten Doeschate, Shakib Al Hasan and Shreevats Goswami in place of Mark Boucher, Eoin Morgan and Jaidev Unadkat.
For Pune, Sachin Rana gets his first IPL game while pacer Alfonso Thomas returns to the side.
