Kieron Pollard returns to the venue which pushed him to stardom when he hit that blistering 18-ball 54 for Trinidad & Tobago against New South Wales in the 2009 Champions League T20 edition.

He must have fond memories of that feat and if he regains that destructive form with the willow, it can be disastrous for the opponent.

When Mumbai Indians takes on Sunrisers Hyderabad the latter will have to come up with an outstanding performance to keep alive its hopes of obtaining a berth in the play-offs.

For star studded MI, the focus will not be only on individuals. Not all big names have clicked though there are a few players who have come up with decisive displays. Pollard, for instance, is a big threat near the fence with his ability to pull off unbelievable catches.

Rohit Sharma seems to be enjoying captaincy for he is batting in a different zone now. He should be pleased to lead a team high on confidence after a couple of big wins.

The unobtrusive Dinesh Karthik has been the star performer for MI with some telling knocks. Dinesh along with Sachin Tendulkar, Dwayne Smith and Rohit Sharma hold the key at the top of the line-up with Pollard and Ambati Rayudu as back up.

In bowling MI has an abundance of riches with pacers Lasith Malinga, Dhaval Kulkarni, Mitchell Johnson well backed by the spin duo of Harbhajan Singh and Pragyan Ojha.

SRH will be keen to maintain its winning streak at home. But brittle batting has been a bane for it despite the return of Shikhar Dhawan in the last two games. The bonus is that Darren Sammy has done well with the bat.

But the poor run of captain Kumar Sangakkara and the inconsistency of big-hitting Cameron White and Thisara Perera are a cause for worry.
