Bangladesh vice-captain Mushfiqur Rahim said that teams like India should set an inspiring example for emerging outfits like Bangladesh.

“There was a lot of sledging going on right through the match. India is the number one team and they should inspire us with their performances. In fact, even on Thursday there was a lot of talk and among the many things I was called, I was also called a school boy by some of the Indians,” Mushfiqur said after his 101 failed to prevent Bangladesh’s defeat against an upbeat Indian team here on Thursday.

When asked for his reaction, the Indian captain Virender Sehwag said:

“You cannot stop it.”
