Is replacing the coach a solution for Indian cricket team's woes?
Can't say

I think coach does plays an important role in a teams performance, but at the end it is those 11 players on the field who has to apply the application as per there potential. Coach might be reading from a book, but on the ground the situation keeps changing and the players have to read the situation and act accordingly. At the end of the day the team which keeps the nerve, their head and adapts to the situation will come out winning.

indian cricket team should focus on playing not on advertisement,, they wast their time a lot. in dating with models and making a fun of each other.. they understand the responsbility that they are world champion.. not T-10 gali cricket champion.....

A single person is not responsible for the debacle. If players does not
perform well on the field, coach cant do anything. BCCI should work on
players rather than coach.

First of all I want to say one thing, Yuvaraj Singh should play all type of matches because he is the best player in Indian Team right now, even Kapil Dev also told this, why I am saying this he is the main reason to took the two world cup matches (2007T20 & 2011 50 overs)he proved many times not only in batting, fielding and bowling. This thing should realize everybody regarding selection committee, BCCI and Dhoni, please throw away, other politics and etc. Indian Team is very important,So many records he done eg. continuously 4times man of the series, under pressure he will played very well and 6 sixes in a over. We will need this type of players only and one more thing please give one more chance to Virender Sehwag and Harbhajan. The team must should mixing combination like 40% Senior and 60% Young talented players.

Cricket is no more a gentleman's game today and has turned into simply a business and gambling outlet. Therefore, no amount of technical and psychological expertise you try to impart to players, it will be of no use when external factors of greed and temptations are working on the minds of players, organizers and the others. I feel there is no scope left today for evaluating the coaches for their suitability and capabilities for the job as it used to be before.
