The Board of Control for Cricket in India has convened a working committee meeting at Chennai on May 19.

Sanjay Jagdale, Secretary, BCCI, has said in a press release that the committee will discuss among other things the fallout of the spot-fixing controversy in the ongoing IPL in which three players have been arrested by the Delhi police.

He has also said that Amit Singh, a registered player with the Gujarat Cricket Association, has been suspended by the BCCI pending inquiry.
