Bangladesh records biggest ever ODI win

Bangladesh recorded its biggest one-day international win on Sunday by beating West Indies by 160 runs to take a 2-0 lead in the five-match series.

Anamul Haq smashed 120 and Mushfiqur Rahim added 79 for Bangladesh to total 292-6 at Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium. Haq hit 13 fours and two sixes from 145 balls, while Rahim smashed eight fours and one six in 111 deliveries.

Ravi Rampaul took 5-49.

Bangladesh spinners Abdur Razzak and Sohag Gazi each claimed three wickets to help dismiss West Indies for 132 in 31.1 overs. Razzak claimed 3-19, while Gazi took 3-21.

Darren Bravo top-scored for West Indies with 28, while Kieron Pollard made 25.

Bangladesh’s previous largest win was by 146 runs against Scotland in 2006.
