Australia won the toss and elected to bat against Sri Lanka in the second final of the cricket tri-series here on Tuesday.

The hosts, surprisingly, have included opener David Warner in the line-up though his groin injury was said to be serious after the first match at Gabba on Sunday, which the Australians won by 15 runs.

Sri Lanka has made one change in their playing eleven, bringing in Chamara Kapugedara in place of Dhammika Prasad.

Teams:

Sri Lanka: Mahela Jayawardene (capt), Tillakaratne Dilshan, Kumar Sangakkara, Lahiru Thirimanne, Dinesh Chandimal, Charama Kapugedara, Nuwan Kulasekara, Upul Tharanga, Lasith Malinga, Rangana Herath and Ferveez Maharoof.

Australia: Michael Clarke (capt), Matthew Wade, David Warner, Shane Watson, David Hussey, Michael Hussey, Dan Christian, Xavier Doherty, Brett Lee, Ben HIlfenhaus and James Pattinson.

Umpires: Asad Rauf (Pak) and Bruce Oxenford (Aus)

Third umpire: Peter Reiffel (Aus)
